Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a large variety of optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you accomplish your requirements, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible, numerous attachments have been engineered and made like winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to allow the forklift to position materials more accurately. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to position loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being developed and engineered all the time and would debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom would compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
